Chef Ky Phan from Crab Hut is taking a sophisticated detour from the standard crab house fare served at this longtime San Diego establishment. We’ll introduce several adventurous courses perfectly paired with our beers, featuring traditional Vietnamese and Chinese flavors and ingredients with a modern twist and push the Supper Club boundaries.
Candice Woo is the founding editor of Eater San Diego, a leading source of local restaurant and bar news. A longtime freelance food and drink writer, Candice has contributed to DRAFT Magazine and is the former Beer Committee Chair for the Good Food Awards.
Chef Ky Phan is an executive chef and co-owner of Crab Hut San Diego. Her restaurants are well known to seafood lovers for the past ten years. First launching in Kearny Mesa in 2007, Crab Hut has since opened a second location downtown in 2011 and a third in Mira Mesa in 2016.
