IMPORTANT PROCEDURES (Please Read Fully):
In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we will no longer be providing plastic snap packs or cardboard cases. Please bring your own bag, cooler or snap packs to transport your beer. For those who do not have bags or a cooler, we will have reusable bags on sale at our cost of $5 a piece.
Please understand, we do not want to sell you a new bag, we would much rather that you bring your own and we only have them in the event that you forget or do not have your own. We offer them at our cost, make no money off of them and we have them simply for the events described above. Thank you in advance for helping to reduce unnecessary waste.
IMPORTANT RULES (Please Read Fully):
We will be stamping hands this release starting at 9:00am. You must have a valid ID to receive a stamp and you must have a stamp in order to purchase. If you are not physically standing in your spot, you will be skipped. Receiving a stamp does not guarantee you will receive cans. Initial allotment will be announced at 9:45am, but allotments may be adjusted during the sale pending turnout.
PLEASE NO LINE CUTTING, NO LITTERING, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, AND NO DRINKING IN THE LINE/PARKING LOTS. We will be monitoring the lines, and any violators will be asked to leave and not be able to purchase cans.
RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS! Do not lean on their windows/doors, sit in their planter boxes, or block the entrance to their suites. It will most likely be SUNNY and there is no shade. Bring an umbrella, water, and lots of sunscreen.
TABS: To help make the lines move quickly, we will not be opening any tabs until after 12:00pm
IF YOU are coming to solely taste and drink beer in the tap room (i.e.- not for can pick-up), we would recommend coming after 12pm as we will be serving people in order, from the line first, to be fair.
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GREAT HOUSE. Our parking lot is large, so there is plenty of parking.
ALL GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND UP TO THE DISCRETION OF THE STAFF.
