Your shoulder girdle is responsible for pushing, pulling, holding, throwing, carrying and so much more! In this 2-hour workshop Megan will educate you on the different parts of the shoulder girdle, what function they provide, how they move, and where they are connected to other parts of your body. Her workshop will include strength-building exercises that focus on a safe range of motion to prevent injury, dynamic movements and deep stretches that will allow you to be strong and flexible.

About Megan Hahn:
Megan started her fitness career in 2010 teaching mat Pilates classes in Florida and progressed to teaching barre classes. Megan practiced yoga on and off again for over ten years and saw it as a way to compliment her active lifestyle of surfing and climbing. She discovered that yoga helped her to look inward and become more in tune with what matters both on and off the mat. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
After teaching at studios throughout Seattle, she relocated back to San Diego recently and is happy to be part of the yoga community here. Megan looks forward to the abundance of sunshine and connecting with her students and peers.
