Learn the printmaking techniques of linoleum, letterpress, etching, collagraph, and monoprinting as you create a variety hand-pulled prints in this week-long summer camp.
Prints are visually exciting, graphically bold, and one of the oldest forms of art making. This workshop is the perfect place for young people to learn and practice the basic techniques of printmaking in a fun and one of a kind print studio. Intended for both beginners and for experienced printers, we will focus on designing, cutting, tool care, hand press operation, composition, and printing. Each participant will go home with several editions of prints.
All materials, tools, and machines will be provided.
