It's that time of year! Our first meeting for 40 days to healthier habits is quickly approaching! Time to detox and cleanse. Commit to positive change and being the healthiest happiest you can be for 40 days. Forty days of discipline and self-exploration in a very supportive environment.
Step out of your comfort zone. Train yourself to be disciplined, eat healthier, move more, quiet your mind, and look within.
WHY 40 DAYS? Ancient wisdom, current research, and common sense suggest that it takes at least 40 days to reprogram ourselves. During this program your habits, tendencies, weaknesses and strengths will all come to the foreground.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
Attend our weekly Friday night meetings (7 total)
Fridays at 6:00 PM. Meetings will be 90 minutes.
Daily yoga practice (4-6 times per week).
Daily healthy wholesome eating.
Journaling. Bring a journal to the first meeting.
Our group meetings are key to the success of this program and by success we mean yours, and the success of everyone else in the group. We meet to explore limiting beliefs; share progress and challenges along the way; and to provide support and accountability.
