Often times we hear of hip openers and we think of Pigeon pose, but did you know that most yoga poses are “hip openers” in some way shape or form. It's so important to find balance in the hips. In this Workshop you will learn the 6 different functions of the hips and how to create strength, mobility, stability and flexibility. When we focus on a balance of these 4 actions we can help to alleviate low back pain, experience better posture and range of motion. This workshop will be slower paced and suitable for all levels.
