Bruxo, pronounced «Broo-hoh», follows a methodical process to produce their acclaimed mezcal. Seeped in traditional origins, they harvest their maguey at its peak, cook the hearts in an earth oven and follow a customary fermentation process including distilling their mezcal twice in clay and copper pots. Each bottle is then labeled, sealed and packaged by the families and communities at the Palenque.
