If we know our killas, you are actively working towards a better you ALL. YEAR. But, it never hurts to take the fresh start that only January first can bring and reset your intentions and goals moving forward.
To do just that, we'll be having a conversation with health and mindset coach Julia Balto. She's got loads of brilliant insight to share on resetting your path into 2018 with discussion and guided activity towards healthy habit formation with intention for a healthier, happier year.
— THE SPEAKER — Julia works with women who are tired of feeling stressed, unmotivated, unconfident, depressed, and anxious take control of their mental health. She teaches them how to finally eat better, move more, and think differently so they feel good physically AND mentally. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches, the gold standard in evidence-based health coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and a Master of Science in Biobehavioral Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has published over 35 scientific articles and presentations in academic journals and conferences. Julia strives to deliver high quality, cutting-edge, evidence-based information that empowers her clients to make lasting shifts in their health and happiness.
