In conjunction with our monthlong celebration, It's About Time Festival, San Diegans are invited to come make music alongside us during a lunchtime series of FREE community drum circles hosted every Tuesday from Noon — 1pm throughout the month of January at Horton Plaza Park.
Starting with the human heartbeat, rhythm is a universal language known to everyone, even the youngest child. Drum circles are a basic and simple use of rhythm as a tool for unity. They are noisy, fun, family-friendly events where people at all levels of musical expertise can come together and improvise.
This event is free and open to the public and takes place in the Amphitheater.
