Yoga Nidra is an efficient method to generate complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation. Within the higher state of raja yoga (Pratyahara; Dharana; Dhyana; and Samadhi) in the «Yoga Sutras» is yoga Nidra. This effective process is practiced entirely in Savasana (lying on the back, the arms and legs are spread at about 45 degrees, the eyes are closed and the breath deep) and allows you to connect to your subconscious thoughts.
