Join UC Cyclery for a FREE, fun-filled “Gal-entine’s Day” wellness celebration geared towards female cyclists of all levels and types.

There will be optional yoga and stretching poses in the yoga and wellness talk, so dress accordingly!
We'll try to stick to this schedule in case you can only make it for part of the night. Take an hour or two for yourself and join us as we explore ideas on wellness, nutrition, health, and happiness with great tips you can take home and apply as needed to your riding and more!

6:10 PM — 6:30 PM: 7Sherpas Presentation on local women's group rides and destination travel ideas all over the world
6:30 PM — 7:00 PM: Yoga, Stretching and Wellness practice with Le Grand Women's Adventure's, Crystal Robertson, Registered Yoga Teacher — Yoga Alliance.
7:00 PM — 7:30 PM: Nutrition tips and samples with Fernanda Aguiar, a registered Dietitian, board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Wellness Coach.
7:30 PM — 8:00 PM: Quick Raffle, then mingle and enjoy the rest of the goodies. Coaches and speakers will be available for one-on-one questions.
Our certified Body Geometry and FIST Bike-Fitter will also be available for women's specific bike-sizing questions.
