It’s on — The Spartan Virtual Challenge: Body weight edition!
Compete against yourself and other Spartans to see how you stack up! The virtual challenge will take place March 10th — March 18th, 2018 with a live, hosting and judging event happening at Just Go Lift on Tuesday, MARCH 13th. Sign up now to secure your spot, it will be a first come first serve basis.

-30 Air Squats
-30 Lunges (15 each side)
-30 Russian Twists (15 each side)
Repeat 3 more times (total of 4 rounds)
Submit your total time to Spartan
How to Commit:
Step 1: Register for the challenge through Spartan at (https://register.chronotrack.com/r/36774)
Step 2: Complete the challenge in front of Just Go Lift's SGX Coaches by registering through the ticket link on this page.
Step 3: Submit your time, stats and shipping info before 11:59PM on 3/18 (https://spartan.com/en/race/learn-more/race-types-overview?article=48781)
Step 4: See where you rank: results to be posted to see how you stack up to the competition. The top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will earn a free entry to a 2018 Spartan Race!
Step 5: Your finisher dog tag will arrive in the mail (allow 6-8 weeks for arrival)
Participation is FREE at Just Go Lift Gym and it will include our OCR Bootcamp Class at 7pm afterwards, ONLY when you reserve your spot ONLINE through the ticket link.
